Our jewellery making classes in Sydney was designed to teach you all the do and don'ts when choosing and/or using beads, tools and materials to design your own jewellery.
Classes are held at the Community Centre in Kings Cross, 50-58 Macleay street near to the Post Office. Only 5 minuts from Kings Cross train station.
In our jewellery making course you will:
- Learn what type of stringing material to use with heavy beads, light beads etc.
- You will have an understanding of how you can use a variety of stringing materials (tiger tail, wax cotton, stretch magic, fishing line). Some of the strings will be used during class to finish your own jewelly.
- Learn to distinguish the difference between tools and how to choose the best one for your personal use.
- How to make use of many different findings (e.g. lobster clasps, collet, jumprings, crimps etc)
- You will be using some of these materials to make your own design during your jewellery making classes. In addition you will learn the crimping techniques.
- In this jewellery making course you will learn how to attach some of the following findings: jumprings, parrots, collets, foldover etc to give your piece of jewelry a professional finish.

We would love to see you at our next jewellery making course at Darlinghurst.All levels are welcome in this jewellery making class. Now you have a choice to participate in just one class ($85 - one class only) or to take the full course with two classes ($140 earrings and necklaces). This means a 15% discount!
The designs in the second class are more elaborate. In this class you will learn how to make loops that can be used as links to connect one bead to another. This technique can be used to make bracelets , necklaces or earrings. You will learn how to attach a clasp, jumprings and earwires to give your jewellery a professional finish.
- Enjoyable beading will be providing all the materials that you will be using during our jewellery making courses. If you have your own tools please bring them to the class. We will need Round and Flat Nose Pliers, Crimping Pliers, Wire Cutters. If you don’t have your own tools we will lend you all the necessary tools for your use during our jewellery making course.

The single class costs $85 OR enroll for two classes (necklace and earrings) at $140 dollars ( around 15% of discount).
